We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused People & Capability Coordinator to join our dedicated team of HR professionals. Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be a central part of a high-performing People Operations team, providing vital coordination and administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll be involved in a wide range of HR activities—from managing employment changes and compliance to supporting performance, culture, and change initiatives. It’s a hands-on role where your work directly contributes to creating a great employee experience.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a cornerstone of the team — someone reliable and calm under pressure. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a collaborative environment, bringing a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to support others. You’ll have a strong sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of what matters. Your organisational skills will be top-notch, and your customer-focused mindset will help ensure a seamless experience for our people.
Ideally, you’ll have at least two years’ experience in an HR coordinator or administrator role, along with a relevant tertiary qualification (or be working towards one). Most importantly, you’ll be someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a team that works hard, supports each other, and knows how to have fun.

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be based in Napier.
The annual salary package for this role will be between $67,500-$76,500 (including KiwiSaver), with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
