Are you highly organised and enjoy keeping complex systems running efficiently? As an Administrator in the Commercial & Properties team, you’ll provide vital operational and administrative support across Napier’s commercial and property portfolios, as well as Inner Harbour operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline processes, support governance, and ensure our property functions run seamlessly.

Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for commercial properties, housing portfolios, and Inner Harbour operations.
- Manage procurement, invoicing, records, and systems while supporting process improvement and digitisation initiatives.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
He kōrero mōhou - About You
- Proven experience (3+ years) in administrative or executive support roles, preferably in corporate, government, or property-related environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, board processes, and property/tenancy administration.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

This is a permanent, part time role working 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility in work pattern for the right candidate. You will be based in Napier CBD.
The annual salary package for this role is between $47,800-$56,200 (including KiwiSaver) for 30 hours per week, with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
