Change and Projects Manager
Permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have a number of digital transformation initiatives on the horizon for 2020 and beyond and we are now looking for a suitably experienced Change and Projects Manager to join the Business Excellence and Transformation Team and manage the implementation of these changes. The role will focus on the people side, so you will need to be adept at working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
It is imperative that you have solid knowledge and proven experience in change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices. You are a positive change agent with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and you have a passion for championing excellent customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A relevant tertiary level qualification
- Significant (5+ years) relevant experience in project / change management roles
- Strong leadership qualities and exceptional organizational skills
- Proven track record of project ownership and success
- Understanding of User Experience and Design Thinking principals, tools and techniques
- Resilient and adaptable
