Event Operations Coordinator
Help bring sport, events and community experiences to life at McLean Park!
From community sport fixtures to major events and functions, McLean Park is Hawke's Bay's premier sporting and events destinations. We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Event Operations Coordinator to help ensure every event, booking and venue experience runs smoothly.

Whether you're setting up for an event, planning seasonal venue usage, or ensuring our facilities are safe, welcoming and event-ready, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional experiences for our community.
Working closely with customers, sporting organisations, contractors and colleagues, you'll combine practical problem-solving, strong organisation and a customer-first mindset to help make McLean Park a venue we're proud of.
