National Aquarium of New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team as a Visitor Services Team Member on a Fixed Term, part-time basis (33 hours over 4 days). Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
As a Visitor Services Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests across our reception, retail, café and food service spaces. You will be confident in dealing with people face to face, listening to visitor’s needs and delivering a consistently high level of service at all times.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Food service and retail experience
- Ability to work evening, weekend and public holidays in accordance with a pre-agreed roster system
- Detail oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities and/or requirements

This opportunity is for a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will be working 33 hours a week across 7 days. Please note that availability to work on public holidays and weekends is required on a rostered basis.
