Napier Conferences and Events is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Venues Assistant. As a Venues Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing our venue and maintaining our facilities to ensure the smooth running of our events, with a focus on delivering high standards of customer experience at all times.
This ideal candidate will have:
- An understanding of the events industry and/or a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning
- Previous experience in venue and event preparation
- Excellent customer service skills
- The flexibility to work weekends, evenings and additional hours in line with our events
- The ability to undertake manual/physical work
