Project Coordinator

Napier, New Zealand

The fast growing Programme Delivery Team are looking for a dynamic and capable Project Coordinator to assist in the delivery of project and contract administration and related documentation requirements for a range of critical Infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate with have experience in dealing with contract and project management administration processes, e.g. progress payments, progress reporting, cost analysis etc.

If you are a highly organised administrator and you have experience in dealing with projects and contracts and you love the buzz that comes with being consistently busy, this could be the role for you!

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in the development, review and administration of contracts including professional services agreements
  • Previous experience in office management and project administration
  • Practical working knowledge of procurement methodology
  • Sound knowledge of contract administration procedures, including progress payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
