3 Waters Programme Manager

Napier, New Zealand

Permanent, 40 hrs per week Mon-Fri

The 3 Waters Program Manager is responsible for programming the delivery of an ambitious capital works program over the next three to five years, delivering major transformations in our water, wastewater and storm water networks. This will include managing the development of strategic plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as overseeing the design and implementation of 3 Waters projects. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced programme manager to join the team and make a difference for the current and future benefit of the community.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or a related field
  • Extensive (10+ years) project management experience, including minimum 3 years experience in programme delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of a complex program of infrastructure projects from initiation through to project completion
  • Demonstrated understanding in the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality management systems

In addition, you will be a highly influential and proactive team member with strong project management skills. You will be able to prioritise needs and teams to ensure timely outcomes and delivery. Communication is a key strength. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
