Administrator - Kennedy Park Resort

Permanent position working 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rostered basis)

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy team - you will have the responsibility for a range of administrative functions including accurately processing accounts receivable and payable invoices, month end reporting and procedures, providing admin support to the Kennedy Park Manager and managing our Social Media responses. A key focus for this role will be to quickly build positive working relationships, understand customer needs and provide an effective response and solution to each opportunity.

An additional, very important part of this role is to learn and administer our RMS system and also to cover reception if and when required.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven administration experience, preferably gained within the tourism industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers
  • Strong customer solutions focus

Please note, for this role, you must be able to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
