Regulatory Administrator

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a high preforming administrator with solid organisational and administration skills to join our Regulatory Solutions Team.

You will be providing effective and efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our regulatory (land information memorandums, environmental health, liquor licensing, resource consents, parking, and compliance) processes.

This is a role that sits in a fast paced environment and has a strong customer focus, which will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment. Our team strives to provide the best quality service possible to our customers. With a "can do" attitude there is real progression opportunities within the team and wider Napier Council.

What you'll bring to the role

To be successful in this role you will bring high administration standards, be system savvy, easily adaptable to new technology and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills, proactive and solution based nature will help you excel in this customer focused role. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications will strengthen your application. Having a good understanding of legislation, previous regulatory experience and MagiQ knowledge would make your application stand out.
