Ready to step up your Roading and or Three Waters design experience?
The Directorate of Infrastructure at Napier City Council are determined to further build, enhance and future proof their team to become a centre of excellence in roading and three waters design. We are looking for a Design Engineer on the rise to join the team and become fully ensconced in the design elements of Napier City's future infrastructure needs.
You might already be located in another council, or based in a consulting team providing input to components of lots of different projects. We'd love you to seriously consider this opportunity. Napier, and wider Hawke's Bay really is on the rise - recognised nationally by many as a great place to live and work. This is a great chance to really step in, be mentored and develop to the point where you can eventually own all parts of the design projects. Importantly, this council wants you to feel well rewarded for your work, and to enjoy the energy that has built across this team over the past few years.
This is a great role, where your design expertise will influence across minor and major roading and carparking projects. The ever-evolving sports parks and facilities so important in Napier will be part of your working brief as will a wide range of associated utility works. So there will be a great range of variety for you to enjoy here and to further expand your existing civil engineering expertise.
This new role is suited to candidates with current New Zealand roading and three water design experience. Ideally you will be wanting to step your career up to the next level. Exposure to New Zealand roading and or three waters design is a must here. As are the associated engineering qualifications and practical experience needed to step in and have an impact.
Ready for the next step? Hawke's Bay offers so much for you. You will be well paid and well rewarded for your expertise. And a highly capable and dedicated team would love you to join them.
If you have the design experience and qualities to perform here, then we would love to hear from you.
